At Orderbookie S.L. ("Orderbookie") we are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and store the personal data of people who visit orderbookie.com or subscribe to our content list.

2. Data we collect
We collect the name and email address you provide through the subscription form. We may also record technical browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited) through cookies, provided you have given your consent.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to send you information about real estate crowdlending and Orderbookie updates, manage your subscription, comply with legal obligations and analyse site usage in aggregate. The legal basis is your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), our legitimate interest in improving the service and, where applicable, the fulfilment of legal obligations.
4. Data retention
We keep your data while your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, we will delete your information within a maximum period of 30 days, unless we have a legal obligation to keep it.
5. Recipients
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We may share information with technology service providers (email delivery, web hosting, analytics) that act as data processors under contract, within the European Economic Area.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@orderbookie.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will always publish the date of the last update at the top of this document.
